Working under the assumption that a black box can be treated as a machine for the imagination, this version of Shakespeare’s play focuses on a company of actors exploring the interstices of jealousy and darkness in a society that pays constant homage to appearances. This old Shakespeare tale of a misfit that sets a course to sink not only his family but the world around it is analysed through a company of Senior performers through a flexible staging and incorporating video design and simultaneous broadcasting.
